Order
By sending his order to Al-Fajr, the customer accepts these Business Terms and Conditions (BTC) in his last issued version for the business relationship with Al-Fajr.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer, the delivery fees for the supplies are posted on the Al-Fajr site.
The product is effective until full payment of our property. Delivery will be made by the German Post AG. Damage to the packaging must be reported immediately to the respective delivery service. If there are defects in the delivered articles please send them within 14 days to us. You will receive immediate replacement or a refund of the purchase price if the items are no longer available.
Revocation, Withdrawal
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the undamaged goods. The time limit begins after receipt of goods. The revocation period is sufficient to send the goods, after the remote, you can cancel within 14 days of receipt of the goods or by returning the goods without giving a reason of the withdrawal from the purchase. The postal charges will be taken over by the buyer.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
On the contractual relationship between the supplier Al-Fajr and the customer finds the right of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exceptions to this choice are the mandatory rules on consumer client protection in the country where the customer has his habitual residence. The application of the CISG is excluded.
Jurisdiction for all disputes arising under the contract between the customer and the supplier Al-Fajr is the seat of the supplier Al-Fajr Frankfurt on Main, if the customer is a enterprise, merchant, a legal entity under public law or a public special assets.
The place of jurisdiction for consumer client residing on the territory of the EU is situated in the country where the customer has his habitual residence.
Language of the Al-Fajr Internet Portal
The Internet portal Al-Fajr is available in German, French and English, the German version is the only valid before the law. Any deviation of the translation in the other two languages has no liability.
